Thank-you for stopping by my blog. I really love all kinds of stuff. I love God first of all and everything pretty that he has made like music, language, the world, and his people. I am a homeschool mom and love teaching and learning. I am a student of God's Word and other such things such as music, design, graphic design, web design, typography, photography, 2D and 3D art and animation, cartooning, production (video and music), internet marketing, and computer programming! Years ago I earned a degree in Biblical studies and have taken graphic design plus business administration courses on the side as well. My kids are sometimes more knowledgeable about software only because they see me working with different kinds and to satisfy curiosity or replace boredom they start enjoying what I enjoy and as they experiment they find ways to do a project in a more simple and efficient way. They are great with Windows Paint program. A dull moment for me is a good excuse to search for a learning opportunity! We are artistic by talent provided by God and inherited from artistic relatives.
Some of the things you will see on Swift Eagle Work's blog or on the web are works from my family members, my own, or a collaboration between the two. We love to work together! I would like to encourage others to aim high in life and not miss God's given calling and purpose.
Sometimes my stuff is happy and bright and some of it might look dull and dark. Mood makes a part of my life. I have composed some music with these same inclinations. Don't blame me I grew up listening to classical music, the Beatles, ballads, and salsa music. My favorite music is jazz specially because is so complex and sometimes it can sound messy! I also love amazing film scores. Those composers are good! Aesthetics are very important in what I do. It must look good or I won't be satisfied!
Some of my goals is to do a bunch of typography and kinetic messages with Christian themes. If you want to help with inspirational messages that would be great. I am more technical with a little bit of poetry hiding somewhere in my being. Another thing is that my kids have a bunch of cute creative art and writings I want us to make into digital forms.
